License and Documentation [What's New: ============================================ 1. User interface: WXSpots is a web based application that sits on your desktop. It connects to the WxSpots server to receive weather information and display it on your desktop. WXSpots works on any machine running Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera. The user interface is both intuitive and powerful. All fields for a report are accessible. You can edit a report to fix any typos or incorrect information before submitting. WXSpots also provides the ability to submit reports at a time you choose, at no charge. You can also set up lists of locations, counties, states and other criteria to be searched. WXSpots is a web based application. It is fast to set up and easy to use. 2. Linux shell scripts: There are a number of Linux shell scripts associated with WXSpots. These are included in the source package. These include sptcheck.sh, sptget.sh, sptsubmit.sh, sptlist.sh, sptmake.sh and sptdelete.sh. These scripts will automate many of the processes for which WXSpots is used. For more information see the help menu for sptcheck.sh. 3. User profiles: WXSpots allows you to create a user profile. This will allow you to log into your WxSpots account using your preferred method. The profile will contain a number of information such as your user id and email address. For details see the help menu for sptprofile.sh 4. Preconfigured reports: There are a number of preconfigured reports which can be retrieved and reviewed from WxSpots. These are located at: WXSpots Log Crack + WXSpots is intended to be a web-based tool to quickly disseminate observing data to interested parties who have PCs or internet access. It is for severe weather observers who may not have internet access at their location and want to send data to others via the WXSpots server located in the eastern U.S. WXSpots is available for free. The only requirements are that the observer has access to a PC or internet, a decent email address and a decent browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Explorer. The WXSpots software will run on a PC running Windows 8.1 or newer, XP, Vista or 7. Anyone is welcome to run WXSpots and use it for severe weather reporting. The goal is for users to upload observing data and reports on storms they have witnessed. That data will be stored on a server for future analysis and to provide observers with archived data to go back and see reports that were first made during past storms. This is not a web-based WXObserver program. It is intended to be used for severe weather reporting. WXSpots Data Log Description: An observer will have the ability to upload data to the WXSpots server.
